Retail

Items purchased at a retail store may only be returned to a retail store within 30 days of the original purchase date and are regulated by the individual stores return policy. The item must be returned with the receipt and in its original packaging, if possible, with all paperwork and accessories.

Online

Customers have up to 30 days to ask for a refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested. Customers will pay for any shipping involved (with exceptions).

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 5 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
