If you’re trying acupressure for the first time, and are not satisfied with either the product or your health benefits just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, ship it back and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping.

Refunds on orders of multiple products require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have confirmation that your return is on the way, we’ll give you a full refund. To initiate this process, please email us at support@ionwellness.co. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).

Other Considerations

Ion Wellness is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, Ion Wellness will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
