We will come to your home, work or sporting event to host a dual ice bath for active recovery.

We setup and breakdown the active recovery area so a group of up to 25 people can gather around and participate in 2 minute cold plunge sessions. We will provide reclining chairs, acupressure mats and other active recovery tools that are needed post race or pre-your best work ever.

No ice needed, a water chiller will be provided. Bring your own towels.
